This design celebrates the raw, geological power of labradorite.
The tabletop is composed of two thick, irregular slabs of black labradorite, each with its own unique, iridescent blue and green veins, that appear to be slowly sliding past each other.
They are slightly offset, creating a subtle, functional gap or channel between them, as if caught mid-movement during a miniature seismic event. These two "plates" are supported by a single, massive, sculptural base forged from dark, oxidized steel, resembling a powerful, abstract geological formation pushing up from the earth. The base provides stability while emphasizing the dynamic tension of the tabletop. The design evokes ancient forces made modern and functional.
